Go Rockies!!!!

These two love a good Rockies game! They tend to entertain (or annoy) everyone around us (depending on your perspective!) Grandma got us club level seats... nice! I have to say, this is the second game this season that we have sat club level, and it really makes it much more enjoyable - close to a large variety of food, the potty, and generally a little more room to run around.

Puddle Jumper

After the dance performance, we hit the Stapleton pool! Not a bad way to spend a day off!

Camp #3: Ariel Dance Camp

I took today off, partially so I could watch Annabelle's dance camp performance. She always amazes me with her dancing, and while I love the recitals, it is fun to be up so close for these camp performances. Scott got a fabulous video, but I am having trouble loading it...bummer.

This morning, I asked, do you want to where your Ariel costume to camp?

A: Nope, it is long sleeve & itchy. 

So there you have it... Belle it is! 

Sack of Potatoes

Since Annabelle was a baby we have thrown her over our shoulder and called her a sack of potatoes. Tonight I asked Mady if she wanted to be a sack of potatoes... 

M: Ummmmm, a sack of tator tots.

Alan & I have worked together for years.  He brought his family to Denver for part of their summer trip, so we got both families together for a pizza picnic at Wash Park!

And all of this happened in less than a 2 hour span of time (8 - 10pm)

Gigi's Birthday!!

Once again we celebrated Gigi's birthday at Cindy & Pete's house in Lyons. It was a yummy affair.

Vivi is TWO!!!

Only because Cassie has been so excited to throw a summer birthday party, at a swimming location no less, was the weather questionable enough, that we had to change to an indoor location!  Indoors vs. outdoors doesn't matter in the slightest to the kid crowd! And they all had a blast swimming!

Portland: 4th of July Parade (Corbett, OR)

Grandma Dar Dar thought it would be a great idea to go to a small town parade on the 4th of July.  She kept stressing the road closes at ten, the road closes at ten!! We got there just in the nick of time, parked the truck, and then realized we had become captive since there was only one road in & out - which happened to be the parade route! And somehow my mother missed the little detail that the parade didn't start until noon (for those of you that know my mom, this will not be surprising!)  Here are the girls being silly in the back of the truck waiting for the parade to start.

Portland: Berry Picking

Papa has been talking about taking the girls berry picking in Oregon for probably two years. I (unfortunately) had to work, but Scott took my camera along and captured these fabulous shots!
