Can you believe it - she is NINE months old! Does this mean I have to start planning her birthday party? Yikes!

We went to Annabelle's Dr appt and she is 20 lbs 6 oz and 28.5 inches long. She is still not crawling, but Dr Gini told us that crawling isn't even a milestone any more. She might just skip it and go straight to walking, or walk and then learn to crawl. She is definately trying to pull herself up, but isn't quite there yet. I have to be honest, we are REALLY enjoying the lack of movement. She is rolling to things, so I can already start to see all the stuff she could get into! Yikes!

We are moving to the new carseats hopefully this weekend. No more infant seat - bummer! She is just way to heavy - did I mention she is over 20 lbs!! And she is definately getting better at eating table foods. She is working on her "pinchers" every chance she gets. She seems to like most everything that I give her that isn't in a puree form. It is a very exciting time - new things to try daily.

We make the Oooooh face right back at her and she just cracks up!! This has been going on for hours and hours! Hope it makes you laugh!

Aloha

Finally I have found a little time to post!!

We are in Hawaii and for those of you that knew the saga on our rooms... we did end up getting to exchange our timeshare in Colorado for a week here in Hawaii! Whoo HOO! So we are staying at the Marriot Ko Olina which is AMAZING! It has a private beach which is basically this amazingly calm lagoon, and there are also a couple of swimming pools. This is the perfect place to stay as a family. We have a kitchen which is awesome so we were able to get some groceries so we don't have to pay an arm and a leg for food (also eating out is getting a little more challenging with a wiggly baby!) We have a Lanai which has beautiful views in both directions - one way is the marina, the other way is the beach! And plenty of space for little miss to explore! The resort also has an amazing golf course - which Scott is enjoying right this moment, and I was able to get a massage in a pool side cabana this morning! Are you jealous yet?
